Inquired about a vehicle via email, was told that the vehicle was not the right one for me. I made an offer, they would not make a counter offer. Very poor business decision.

We broke down while we were out of town and they towed our car to their dealership. They were very kind and even brought an extra car to bring all of us to Kokomo to get a rental car for the rest of our trip. Very friendly and helpful staff.

If you don't know much about vehicles, I highly recommend you steer clear of these people. They will see you coming a mile away and take you for every dollar they can. Have a simple problem that needs fixed? They will either try to way over charge you or charge you for things you don't need. They have done it to multiple family members and people I know. It doesn't matter where you go, any place is better and more fair than these people
